Information handled

The integration may process company settings, chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, employees, products, invoices, bills, payments, journal entries, financial reports, payroll accounting records, and related metadata made available by Intuit.

How the information is used

• Build a source snapshot and audit trail.
• Map QuickBooks records to corresponding Odoo records.
• Detect duplicates, mismatches, and incomplete accounting data.
• Migrate, reconcile, and verify Phoenix Ceramic’s accounting records.

The information is not sold, advertised against, or used for unrelated profiling.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. Secrets are excluded from source control, browser storage, API responses, logs, and migration reports. Access is limited to authorized operators.

Sharing and retention

Data is shared only with Intuit, Phoenix Ceramic’s Odoo service, and infrastructure required to operate this private integration. It is retained for the migration and support period, then deleted or archived at Phoenix Ceramic’s direction.
