A private migration tool, not a public accounting service.

These terms govern Phoenix Ceramic’s authorized use of the Phoenix Odoo Migration integration operated by Honest Tech Services.

Authorized use

The integration is licensed only for Phoenix Ceramic & Fire Supply’s internal accounting migration and related support.

Data access

Phoenix Ceramic authorizes read access to its QuickBooks Online company and controlled writes to its designated Odoo database. QuickBooks source records are not created, changed, or deleted.

Operator responsibilities

The operator must use the intended Phoenix company, protect credentials, review ambiguities, and avoid representing incomplete records as verified.

Service boundaries

Banks, payment processors, Intuit, Odoo, and government filing systems remain responsible for their own services.

Termination

Phoenix Ceramic may discontinue use by disconnecting Intuit and requesting removal of retained migration credentials and snapshots.
